In the past I’ve used AdBrite, but to be honest compared to Adsense I did not recieve many clicks on my ads. Also the amount the pay per click was underwhelming.
Now for BuyandSellAds, I use as a buyer and you can find some decent places to advertise, but got burnt the first time I used it. I might try again this year, but maybe not.
I would say selling “Direct Ads” is the way to go if you have a decent following already.

I tried for Google AdSense 3 times for my friend’s site, but disapproved everytime. Dont know why it was disapproved as everything was fine.
After that I tried Infolinks and Clicksor on his site. But the earnings are 0.03$, 0.01$ etc.
Now K removed the both from his blog. Now, he was doing hard work on his blog to overcome on AdSense.
If Google Disapproved your Adsense request then check that email there will be reason of disapproval and work on that reason and try to fix it.
These money making program only works when you have good traffic or by making good strategy.

These ad networks are great but I don’t think that all these comparable to Adsense. Google Adsense is different than others.

And nothng compares with the other affiliates, yet one of my members violated the terms of adsense so adsense permanently disabled ad serving to my site. #1- Can I use other ad service ( infolinks or media.net ) with the Adsense on my Website.

Yes you can use other ads network with Google AdSense but give more priority to Google AdSense. One more thing, Keep ads place in such a manner that people can see difference in adsense and other media ads.
